Engineering Studies

Performing an “engineering study” is what we in the business refer to as a “best practice” in any facility or location that uses power. Engineering studies determine available energy and fault values at given locations, as well as identifying the correct settings on devices such as circuit breakers, ground fault systems and protective relay settings.  Performing an Arcflash study per the guidelines of the NFPA 70E is a major step to improving electrical safety in the work place.
